The Big Walk & Talk - Sunday, 19th May

Mental Health Awareness Week is from 13th – 19th May in 2024. It is a fantastic opportunity to bring mental wellbeing to the forefront, share tips and resources and have those all important conversations around this vital topic.

The theme for this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week is: “MOVEMENT: MOVING MORE FOR OUR MENTAL HEALTH”

We all have mental health and we all experience ups and downs as we navigate life’s demands. As we and our environment are constantly shifting and changing we need to finding new ways to cope and regulate as best we can. Moving and connecting to our body can be a helpful tool to manage our nervous system and maintain positive mental health.

So this year we want to get everyone out for a BIG WALK + TALK. You can organise your own or join in with ours on Sunday, 19 May.
