Leave behind the Monday blues with yoga for all abilities at the Pearl Exchange. Led by local yoga instructor Beth Davis, relax your mind and body and end your day feeling rested, rejuvenated and ready for the rest of the week.
Sessions vary from week to week, focusing on movement and different breathing practices. All sessions are suitable for beginners, with guidance from Beth if needed.
Mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own!
