TUESDAY AT THE EXCHANGE — TUESDAY AT THE EXCHANGE — TUESDAY AT THE EXCHANGE TUESDAY AT THE EXCHANGE — TUESDAY AT THE EXCHANGE — TUESDAY AT THE EXCHANGE

Nature, Nurture & Inspire.

Tuesdays at The Pearl Exchange are about our community, both local and global – connecting with nature, implementing sustainability, getting your activism on and growing and eating your own food. We’re exploring ways to make a difference with the choices we make and how to live well. Growing, harvesting, walking, foraging, cooking, drawing and being in nature are some of the things we have planned.

Inspiring speakers and activists will share their journeys and knowledge and passion for change. We’re partnering up with off grid campsite Kudhva, market gardener’s Jenns Farm, artist Karen Howse, and 2-Minute-Beach-Clean who’ll all be sharing their incredible wealth of knowledge and experience.

Cook Up A Feast.

Simple food cooked with skill and imagination and using local produce. Our Masterclass Takeovers invite amazing local chefs to demonstrate delicious dishes you can recreate at home. Kicking off the sessions is Alex Key from The Rocket Store, Boscastle. They specialise in seafood: he’ll be making a beetroot and mackerel ceviche. Yum! We’re also planning baking and pizza making with talented locals – watch this space! When the weather is fine, and the food has been foraged and prepared, we’ll lay the grand table outside, and cook over an open fire ready for a feast!

And Finally.

We’d also like to start a communal lunch. We’d love people to get involved inviting the wider community to prepare the free meals which we then eat together. Eating together has huge importance in so many cultures and is something we’ve lost in our own. With your involvement we could make this a lovely, welcoming get together with delicious food. Please use the contact form if you’d like to be a part, we’d love to hear from you.
