Role description:
Want to know how we create our brand? What goes into how we drive sales, measure impact and come up with silly campaigns to get people to engage with us? Come and join our marketing manager and spend time coming up with your own creative content campaign.
We’re offering one position to work alongside our marketing manager in the lead up to, and over the Leopallooza weekend. You’ll be given a tour of our brand tone of voice and identity, and learn more about the strategy that goes into a festival marketing campaign. You’ll also get the chance to come up with a campaign idea yourself (you’ll be supported in this), and show your creativity when it comes to a great campaign. We’ll help you get it all lined up and in place for you to put into action over the festival weekend.
This project will provide:
-
Hands on experience in a busy creative team, learning about what goes on behind the scenes of a festival from a marketing, communications and PR viewpoint
-
The opportunity to come up with a creative campaign of your own (perfect for a portfolio!) and be supported in seeing it through to completion
-
An overview of the marketing strategy that goes into a festival, and the chance to gather the insights that are useful to you
Successful applicants will need to:
-
Be available over Leopallooza
-
Be available for three days (to be arranged) in the lead up to Leopallooza
-
Be buzzing with creative ideas
-
Be interested in arts marketing, communications, content creation and/or PR
-
Be able to travel to and from the festival site each day (or arrange travel via us in advance)
