Join George and Beth for an immersive two hour workshop focused on common hip postures found in yoga and how to adapt them to suit your body best, finding comfort through knowledge.
They will spend time on each posture offering different options with some fun, challenging variations. This class is suited to anyone, all levels, our aim is to make you feel as confident as possible during a yoga class, knowing your body and finding your own true alignment.
As with every Yoga Lab there will be time to connect with each other, as well as a pot of herbal tea and a chat if you fancy it at the end!
