Spring into action with this mental health coaching course led by life coach Donna Wright.
This year’s theme for Mental Health Awareness Week (11th – 17th May) is ‘action’ – so we’re hosting a 3-week course designed to give you the tools to take action and improve your mental wellbeing.
In a relaxed and supportive group, we’ll learn skills to tackle our negative thought patterns and ways to cope with the stresses of everyday life. Donna will guide you, helping you to understand yourself so you can grow, evolve and become the best version of you.
Each week we will have a different theme, which will include both personal development and group discussion. There is no pressure to share any more than you’d like to with the group, though Donna welcomes any questions you may have.

12th May: Coping skills and everyday resilience
19th May: Moving forward positively
