Tuesday evening Sound Bath with Sandie… Experience deep relaxation as soothing tones from the specially tuned crystal bowls resonate and gently rebalance the body’s energy centres to promote physical, emotional and spiritual well being. We’ll be hosting Sandie’s Sound Bath in the Pitch & Putt building from 7-8pm on Tuesday 27th. Please bring with you a blanket or two, and wear comfortable clothes.
