This exciting 6-week course led by life coach Donna Wright will equip you with the tools you need to reset your mindset.
In a relaxed and supportive group, we’ll be tackling our negative thought patterns, challenging our inner critics and practicing self compassion. Our brains all work differently – this isn’t about finding a one-size-fits-all solution! Donna will guide you, helping you to understand yourself so you can grow, evolve and become the best version of you.
The knowledge you gain in these sessions can be applied to your personal life, your relationships or your career. We recommend that you sign up for all 6 sessions to get the most out of this course.
Each week we will have a different theme, which will include both personal development and group discussion. There is no pressure to share any more than you’d like to with the group, though Donna welcomes any questions you may have.

14th January: An introduction to life coaching, mindfulness & well being
21st January: The mind, nervous system and how to access the good stuff
28th January: Our belief system part 1: how to recognise and challenge our limiting beliefs
4th February: Our belief system part 2: challenging our inner critic
11th February: Boundaries, why they are important and how to implement them
18th February: Know your worth and self compassion
