Spring is a time of renewal, growth and energy – the perfect time to set intentions, cultivate positive habits and find routines that work for you.
In a relaxed and supportive group, we’ll work on setting realistic goals, avoiding burnout, and learning mindfulness practices to carry us through the rest of the year. Our brains all work differently – this isn’t about finding a one-size-fits-all solution! Donna will guide you, helping you to understand yourself so you can grow, evolve and become the best version of you.
The knowledge you gain in these sessions can be applied to your personal life, your relationships or your career. We recommend that you sign up for all 4 sessions to get the most out of this course.
Each week we will have a different theme, which will include both personal development and group discussion. There is no pressure to share any more than you’d like to with the group, though Donna welcomes any questions you may have.
An outline for each week:
4th March: Spring forward with intention, understanding the process of goal setting and step by step guide how to implement them
11th March: Personal development, supporting yourself with healthy lifestyle habits
18th March: Personal growth, understanding this concept and how to nurture it in your own unique way
25th March: Mindfulness, how to implement this into your daily life, the benefits and outcomes to expect
All sessions at The Pearl Exchange are free for 18-35 year olds in Cornwall & Devon.
