Join Beth for this uplifting Saturday morning yoga session.

In this workshop, we will begin by grounding ourselves with mindful movement, using breath to guide each posture and allowing you to settle into your own natural rhythm. We’ll explore various breathing techniques, including box breathing, bee breath, and extended exhales, to create space and relaxation in the body by using them in a variety of postures. Visualization practices will help deepen the experience, and a small partner breathing exercise will foster connection and balance.

This session offers an opportunity to tune inward, leaving you feeling calm, refreshed, and ready to step into the year ahead with clarity and ease.

Yoga mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own!

All sessions at The Pearl Exchange are free for 18-35 year olds in Cornwall & Devon.
