This Men’s Yoga class is the gateway for guys to learn and feel what a regular yoga class can do for them. Specifically designed for men’s bodies, we will work on typical areas of weakness.
Removing all stereotypes, there’s no chanting, no traditional Sanskrit and you don’t need to be flexible, that will come but it’s not the only goal. Using breath-work and meditation techniques as well as yoga poses, it’s Neil’s aim to help regular guys to regain and maintain a good level of mental and physical health.
All sessions at The Pearl Exchange are free for 18-35 year olds in Cornwall & Devon.
