A gong bath is a deeply relaxing & blissful experience, where you are bathed in sound waves from a gong alongside singing bowls and other sacred instruments as you drift into a deep meditative state. Everyone’s experience of a gong bath is different, and can differ every time. The gong and sound meditation is helpful for calming the mind, relieving stress, worry and anxiety as it tends to bring you into a deeply relaxed and blissful state that can last way beyond the session. Gong meditation is one of the easiest and quickest ways to get into a deep meditative state.
