Join us for a mindful dip in the sea for Mental Health Awareness. All ages welcome!

Neil from Wildspirits Wellness will share some simple and practical tools to self-regulate your nervous system when it feels under pressure. We will explore some meditation and breathing techniques at Summerleaze Sand Dunes before putting them into practice during a dip in the sea, building your resilience to stress. Following the dip, you are invited to The Pearl Exchange for a cuppa!
