Make a bag from a bag! Learn how to turn an everyday shopping bag into a functional zip bag. Your finished bag will fit an A5 sketchbook (or notebook/journal) and will have a separate zip pocket to store pens, pencils and other supplies. A unique and sturdy storage case for all of your important things.

Meg will talk you through inserting zips, lining your bags and her experience of repurposing existing materials into functional new things.

All materials and equipment are provided, but please do bring along any bags that you would like to incorporate into your finished piece! Look in your cupboards for any unwanted or damaged bags that feature nice colours, patterns, typography or logos (you want the heavy-duty plastic kind).
