Cold Water Dip

Start your week off with a cold water dip in the legendary Bude Sea Pool.

Whether you’re a seasoned cold water swimmer or need some encouragement to get in the sea through the winter, come and join our friendly group and share the benefits of cold water immersion! Friends of Bude Sea Pool have kindly given us the use of their hub, a warm space to get changed in and have a cuppa afterwards.

1) Book here first so we know you’re coming
2) Meet at the Hub, above the Sea Pool
3) Bring a towel, suitable footwear and a change of warm clothes for afterwards. Hat, goggles and wetsuits are optional.
