Cold Water Dip

Start your week off with a cold water dip in Bude Sea Pool!

Whether you’re a seasoned cold water swimmer or need some encouragement to get in the sea, come and join our friendly group and share the benefits of cold water immersion. We meet on the first Monday of every month.

Friends of Bude Sea Pool have kindly given us the use of their hub, a warm space to get changed in and have a cuppa afterwards.

1) Book here first so we know you’re coming
2) Meet at the Hub, above the Sea Pool
3) Bring a towel, swimmers, suitable footwear and a change of warm clothes for afterwards. Hat, goggles and wetsuits are optional.

All sessions at The Pearl Exchange are free for 18-35 year olds in Cornwall & Devon.
